The Fund is managed by Birchmere Capital Management LLC (the "LLC") whose managing members are Jack S. Isherwood, Peter J. Muth and Richard L. Stover (collectively the "Principals"). The Principals bring a high level of experience and a uniquely diverse set of skills to the Fund. These individuals possess extensive experience in the equity capital and financial community and in originating, negotiating and managing private equity investments. The Principals utilize a consistent set of criteria from which to evaluate opportunities and seek investments in entities where the products, processes, or services offer strong growth potential and for which there is an existing or ready market.
