Mr. Isherwood, a Managing Principal the past four years for Birchmere Investments Limited Partnership, has over 40 years of experience in a wide array of management responsibilities. He is actively involved in the development and growth of numerous businesses and serves as a current Director of Clark Screw Machine Products, Miller Centrifugal Casting Company, Pennsylvania Brewing Company, BBR Services, Inc. and Vertical Claims Management. Mr. Isherwood was a Managing Principal of Birchmere Investments from 1996 to 2000. Birchmere Investments made seventeen investments during this period. These investments have resulted in several significant liquidated entities and the remaining companies continue to be managed by Principals at Birchmere Capital. Prior responsibilities include President and CEO of the Metallized Paper Corporation, President and CEO of the Pittsburgh Brewing Company, President of Pittsburgh Food and Beverage, and COO of the G. Heileman Brewing Company (a $1.4 billion producer and distributor of malt beverages, bread, machined products, and snack foods). While President of Pittsburgh Food and Beverage, Inc., Mr. Isherwood oversaw the development and implementation of business plans that resulted in the turnaround of Pittsburgh Brewing Co., Clark Candy Co. and Wayne Candy Co., and the development of Pittsburgh Food and Beverage, Inc. Mr. Isherwood was responsible for the decentralization of Pittsburgh Brewing Company from the G. Heileman Brewing Company as a stand-alone, self-sustaining business during his tenure at Pittsburgh Brewing Company. During his tenure at Heileman, Mr. Isherwood helped direct an acquisition strategy that grew Heileman from $600,000 in revenues to a diversified $1.4 billion entity that was viewed as among the most profitable in the industry.

Mr. Isherwood is involved in many community and church activities including the Board of Directors of Allegheny General Hospital, QED Pittsburgh and The Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
