Birchmere Capital, L.P. (the "Fund") is a $20 Million private equity fund established in October 2000. The primary focus of the Fund is to become either a minority or controlling shareholder in growing middle market manufacturing, distribution, service and financial companies. While the Fund does not invest in e-commerce companies, it will consider opportunities in technology-oriented manufacturing and support services. Targeted investments ideally will be located in the Middle Atlantic Region with revenues between $5 Million and $50 Million. The strategy of the Fund is to leverage its investments via LBO or MBO, but will consider growth capital opportunities where appropriate.
